Whether on the feet of Kate Moss; the Beastie Boys; Björk or any number of fashionable people of the last 50 years, the Gazelle remains an icon itself. Their simple yet effective formula has become the archetypical adidas design since first releasing in 1966.
Over the years the silhouette has received a number of updates, namely a wider toebox and a translucent cupsole. More recently though, adidas have come through with quite the plush upgrade, dressing this women's specific iteration with pink velvet uppers. Also rather reminiscent of their Gucci colourways – that's definitely a good thing – this pair is also complete with suede overlays, plus hits of green, red and gold.
